- There are plenty of inner city kids who have became productive members of society. I think you have the same attitude as these kids are enablers. They don't want to work hard and succeed. They want it handed over to them, the sole reason being "I'm an under privileged black youth."

- I think one of the biggest problems this species has is it's unwillingness to propagate and save it's own species. It's problem breeding habits have been well documented. Maybe the species has run it's course and it's time the panda goes the way of the dinosaur.

- If these are the requirements I see a loophole in the ammuniton law, Simply buy reloading equipment and load your own ammunition. I see no mention of casings bullets primers or powder in the rules.
